KPA Fusion Dance Repertoire has come a long way, from the creation, in November of 2009, as a non-profit organization, designed specifically to offer dance training, dance entrepreneurial, choreography and professional dance performance opportunities through the love and passion of dance entertainment by concert stage, commercial, television and film, for the community, families and audiences around the world. Our goal is to continue, “Changing Lives through Dance and Fitness”. Through the struggle of building up a studio home, where there were children ages two and a half to twenty-one, training and focusing on dance and martial arts, weekly, day in and day out, professional dancers rehearsed, took classes and trained through blood, sweat and tears, while performing both in house and community events to build families and those without families, welcomed to a family environment offering professional training dance classes to career striving dancers at no charge through our non-profit, in order to give back to the dance community, in ways that others may not have been able to, and to have it all taken away through an awful business contract, has left KPA Fusion Dance Repertoire, KPA Youth Dance & Athletic Academy, Dance Studio homeless. With several bookings of shows, events and contracts to be fulfilled by KPA Fusion Dance Repertoire, the company has not stopped. We have continued to rehearse at community centers, fitness gyms and other donating studios because of our story and those supporting our cause. We have a mission and we are determined to not let adversity stop the vision of our outreach to the community to build the dance community. Programs in schools are and have been cut and we are the answer to those idol minds that need activation. We need your support monetarily. Our goal is to raise fifteen thousand dollars, to open our new facility and place the materials in it that are needed for it to adequately run. Also, look out for upcoming fundraising events and performances that anyone can attend and support. KPA Fusion Dance Repertoire, has just received the Excellence in Art Award from the City of Torrance and we want to continue this for generations to come. We are humbled and on fire to continue, “Changing Lives through Dance and Fitness”, to build fulfilling futures through Dance Training, Education and Entertainment. All donors will go into KPA’s data base and will receive benefits and be listed on our Donors and Sponsors page on the KPA website.
